Assassination Unlawful And Violated International Law

The Federation of Islamic Associations of New Zealand Inc. (FIANZ) is outraged by yet another cold-blooded murder of a senior Palestinian Leader, Dr Abdul Aziz Rantissi. This wanton action is second such assassination by the Israeli regime in a month.
Israel should immediately stop such belligerent and provocative action. Violence breeds more violence and is detrimental to the already fragile regional peace and stability. This flagrant violation of international and human rights laws by Israel cannot be ignored and must be condemned by the world with one voice.
