Pakistani Refugees Relief Fund - Fianz Appeal
Dear Brothers and Sisters,
Assalaam alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh.
I pray to Allah (Subhana Wa Ta'ala) that you all are in the best of health and progressing well in the path of Taqwa.
You are all aware of the recent armed conflict between the Pakistani military forces and the Taliban in the Swat Province of Pakistan. As a result of this, more than a million Pakistani civilians are now displaced as refugees. The armed conflict is expected to be a drawn out process and the plight and sufferings of the innocent civilians in their own homeland is unimaginable.
In our humble effort to lend a helping hand, the Federation has launched a fundraising appeal to raise money to assist in the humanitarian relief effort of the innocent civilians affected by the tragedy.
The Federation requests all to donate generously. Appropriate announcement/request should be made at Masajid and Islamic Centres, particularly during Jumah. Donations are to be directed to FIANZ's Appeal Account as detailed hereunder:

The Federation recommends that the Local Associations coordinate the fund raising at regional level and deposit the money raised into the abovementioned account. When depositing the money, please indicate that it is for the Pakistani Refugees Relief Fund.
