Moon Sighting For The Month Of Shawaal 2005

3 November 2005 / 29 Ramadhan 1426H

Assalam Alaikum Wa' Rahmatullahi Wa' Barakatoh.

Moon Sighting - Shawaal 2004/1425H

On behalf of the Hilal Committee, I am pleased to confirm that the new moon for Shawaal has been sighted today. Eid-ul-Fitr will therefore be celebrated all over New Zealand, tomorrow, the 4th of November 2005.

The Hilal Committee takes this opportunity to wish everyone a Very Happy and Blessed Eid and may Allah Subhanahu Wa'Taala accept our fasting and good deeds during the most blessed month of Ramadhan!
