Moon Sighting for Muharram

Assalam alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh.

FIANZ Hilal Committee would like to inform you all that the moon for Muharram was sighted on Monday, 30 January 2006 (29th Zulhijja 1426H). Therefore, the 1st of Muharram 1427H started on Tuesday, 31 January 2006.
